Will The Portal ever post something I didn’t write?
No. It only sends what you write or schedule, to the accounts you pick, at the time you choose.
Do you see my social media passwords?
For most platforms, no — you sign in on the platform’s own page and it gives The Portal limited permission to post. A few platforms (like Ghost) only offer a key you paste in. You can disconnect any account in one click, and revoke access from the platform’s own settings at any time.
Who’s responsible for what gets posted?
You are — it’s your account and your content, and each platform’s own rules apply. The Portal is the delivery tool. See the Terms of Service.
What if a platform is down or a post fails?
You’ll see exactly which account failed and why, and can retry just that one with a click. Everything that did post stays posted.
Do I need to keep my computer on for scheduled posts?
No. Scheduled posts are sent from our servers at the time you picked.
What’s the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic ($9.99/month) covers one business with 2 connected accounts and 30 posts a month. Pro ($29.99/month) is unlimited accounts, brands and posts, plus different text for each platform and link-click and website-visit tracking. Both include the Claude connector and a free trial.
